This document governs the use of omegaimpact.com and the services provided by o.m.e.g.a.i.m.p.a.c.t., a Canadian industrial compliance consultancy. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
o.m.e.g.a.i.m.p.a.c.t. provides environmental management system implementation and verification services in accordance with ISO 14001 standards as approved by the Standards Council of Canada. All deliverables are based on the specific scope defined in the signed service agreement. No implied services or outcomes beyond the written agreement are guaranteed.
The client must provide accurate and complete information regarding their operations, existing documentation, and any prior audit findings. Failure to disclose material facts may result in non-conformities during verification and void any certification support provided. The client is responsible for implementing corrective actions identified during the audit process.
o.m.e.g.a.i.m.p.a.c.t. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to certification delays, regulatory penalties, or operational disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All methodologies, templates, audit frameworks, and documentation provided by o.m.e.g.a.i.m.p.a.c.t. remain our intellectual property. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their internal compliance purposes. Redistribution or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client must return or destroy all proprietary materials provided by o.m.e.g.a.i.m.p.a.c.t. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
o.m.e.g.a.i.m.p.a.c.t. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 14 days after publication.
